The Towing Vehicle Lifted

The towing vehicle lifted the car and inside it there was a
woman who nursed [her baby]

A young woman from Tveria (Tiberias) who was sitting on the
back seat of her car and nursing her baby, felt suddenly that her
car has been lifted in the air. The frightened woman was shocked
when she saw that a big towing vehicle from the municipality
loaded her car in attempt to tow it away from the spot she had
parked it against the law.

I saw the towing vehicle lifting a private car in the air – and inside
it I saw a woman who was holding a baby and shouting

"Help, help! They are lifting my car!", told Chana Cohen, a
resident of Tveria, who was a witness to this incident.

Cohen told also that she approached the towing vehicle and
shouted to the driver, but he thought she was the car owner and
therefore did not pay attention to what she was saying. Only after
some other witnesses approached him and turned his attention to
the woman inside the car – did he bring down the car.

The Tiberian municipality spokesman, Shmulik Weissler

reported that the matter is being checked by the Parking authority
in Tveria and it has been decided to suspend the traffic inspector
from his job for one week.
