Nitzan Mintz is a poet who writes her poetry in the streets. She works
with words and materials: wood, notebooks, paper and plastic. She
takes the materials from the street and puts them back on the street. She
thinks that materials can change when she puts them in a new place and
gives them new meaning. Nitzan Mintz's poems are personal and also
political. Mintz's words are difficult and sometimes sad. Mintz’s
boyfriend, Dede, also makes graffiti art. Sometimes they make graffiti
together.
