Great Little Things
Willard Wigan is a British artist who makes the smallest miniature
sculptures in the world. In order to be able to see the sculptures (you) have
to look through a microscope. (People) all over the world talk about his
art, and he was awarded knighthood from the Queen of England. When
Wigan was a child he wasn’t popular and stayed home a lot. He discovered
his talent when he went outside to play and wanted to build a house that
would fit the small ants he saw. Wigan believes that his story can help a lot
of children who sometimes feel it’s hard on them.
