New York’s Israeli Chef
The people who read the USA Today newspaper choose the Timna
restaurant as the best new restaurant in America for two thousand fifteen.
The restaurant is at the East Village in New York, between an Indian and a
Mexican restaurant. The restaurant’s chef is Nir Messika, an Israeli who
opens the restaurant just eight months ago along with two other Israeli
partners. Messika believes that the authentic Israeli food is the tastiest food
in the world, and thinks that Israel can be not just a startup center, but also
a center of chefs and culinary.
