Dialogue – Danny Needs to stay Home

The phone rings

Danny: Hello?

Sara: Hi, Danny! Uh, do you want to meet up today?

Danny: I really want to meet up with you but I need to stay at home.
Sara: Stay at home? It’s a beautiful day today! It’s a shame to be

closed up at home.
Danny: It’s a shame to be closed up, but if I want to get into

Sara: university I need to stay at home and study.
Get into university? It’s February now. When is the school

year in university supposed to be opened?

Danny: The year is supposed to be opened in October.

Sara: October? There is a lot of time!
Danny: But I don’t know anything. My head needs to be opened up

to studies.

Sara: Your head could be opened up also outside. What are you

studying now?
Danny: I’m studying math.

Sara: You can meet up with me and study math. How much coffee

costs, how much cake costs, when my money is going to be
finished…
Danny: You know what? Okay. I’m going out now to meet up with

you and study math from life.
