The Panda who Loves Snow
Everything in Washington is closed because of the stormy weather, but at
least there’s one who enjoys the snow - the panda Tian Tian, whose video
millions of people have already seen on YouTube. Tian Tian is the most
famous panda of Washington’s big zoo. He’s eighteen years old, weighs a
hundred and twenty kilograms, and a father to Bao Bao, who also, like his
father, loves snow. Pandas are endangered species, and Tian Tian’s
caregivers are hoping that the video of him will help people understand
pandas’ situation all over the world.
