Exercise 7: In pairs, translate the situation into Hebrew row by row. Together, try
to think of a solution. Then present the situation and the solution in front of your
classmates.

Ron tells:

2 I am fifteen and I have an eighteen year
old [older] sister.

My parents bought us both a new

3 computer.

They said that part of the time I will play
4 on the computer and part of the time my

sister will play on the computer.
Most of the time my sister deals with the
computer, talking to friends on Skype, on
5 Facebook… When I ask her for the
computer she doesn't agree to give it to
me.
She says that it's important, that she has
6 to have the computer and that in fifteen
minutes she will finish.
I usually let (it) go because I don't want
7 to fight with her.

But she takes advantage of this and never
8 lets me have the computer.

9 She thinks it's her computer.
I’ve had enough! I want to watch soccer

10 games and movies on Youtube but I can’t.

When I tell my parents about this, they
11 say that if we won't find a solution they

will take the computer out of the house.

I don't want (them) to take the computer
12 out of the house, but I do want to play a

little on the computer.

What should I do?
