The giraffe has a long neck
He can see a bus before it leaves
And the sun before it rises
Everything we see,
The giraffe sees before us
A kind of expression:
The giraffe has a long neck
He sees clouds
At the edge of the world
And declares:
“Friends, in two months
It’s going to rain here.”
From the height of a giraffe we all look short
And our biggest problems are only small dots
For a giraffe.
“How nice to be a tall animal!”
