Everyone is the Same
In a special school in Kefar Saba, one of every four students is a child with
disabilities. Here no child feels different, because everyone here is the
same – different from one another. Hila has a rare disease she has no
problem talking about to her class, Ido comes with his dog Mimi to school,
because she helps him when he doesn’t have the strength to stand. Gabi
has epilepsy, but all the kids already know what (they) have to do when
she has a seizure. At this school the children teach the most important
lesson, more than any lesson a teacher can teach. This school proves to
everyone that this integration actually works.
