1 Mazal tells:
2 My daughter, Smadar, is a fifth grade
student.
3 She is usually a quiet girl, (who) behaves
well and studies seriously.
In the last few days, I have noticed that she
4
is in a bad mood.
5 I asked her what happened to her.
In the beginning she didn't want to share
6 (with) me, but later she told me what her
problem is.
Smadar has a friend in class and her name
7
is Orna.
8 Orna is chatty and misbehaves in classes.
9 She sits at the desk behind Smadar.
For a few times already, she sent notes to
Smadar in the middle of the class, and each
10 time that the teacher looked- she caught
Smadar and got angry at her, but didn't say
a word to Orna.
Even on the last test they had, Orna copied
11 from Smadar, and again, the teacher got
angry at Smadar and not at Orna.
12 My daughter doesn't know what to do.
13 She wants to continue being a good friend
of Orna’s.
According to what she says, all the kids in
14
class like Orna.
But on the other hand, Smadar doesn't want
15 her teacher to get angry at her and think that
she sends notes and copies on the tests.
