PREQUALIFICATION OF THE FACTORY

T. Nagadi Preformed Concrete Factory (Group of Factories) is one of the
Largest CONCRETE PRODUCTS Manufacturing Plant, within the Kingdom of
Saudi Arabia. This is a hundred percent Saudi Factory owned by Sheikh Tarik

Nagadi. The Factory was founded on 12 of October 1976 by His Royal Highness
Prince Mamdouh Bin Saud and Nagadi Preformed Concrete Co. took over the

business on 3 May, 1979.*The Chairman of Nagadi P.C.C. Mr. T. Nagadi
purchased on 3/14/1419H(1998) and it is now under the sole proprietorship of Mr.
T. Nagadi.

T. Nagadi Factory has been licensed under the Saudi Arabian National
Industries Protection and Encouragement regulation. The Saudi Arabian
Commercial Registration Nos. are 1010152408 / 4700006291/ 1010152409 /
4700001860 and the Industrial License No.379 & 385 dated 3/4/1419H. We are
fully equipped with the System of Automatic Concrete Production Plants and
supporting facilities as listed below, also with highly qualified and experienced
professional management & employees:
