From Al Barrā√ bin fiĀzib  who said: “The Messenger of

Allāh  said to me: ‘Whenever you want to sleep, make wuḍū√ in

the same manner as you make wuḍū√ when you want to perform
ṣalāt. Then lie down on the right side of your body and say:

“O Allāh, I submit myself to You, entrust my affairs to You, turn my
face to You, and lay myself down depending upon You, hoping in
