BBD also performed a medley of New Edition songs for their N.E. fans as a
homage to their beginnings. They saved their biggest hit, “Poison,” for last,
sending AVA concert goers into in a frenzy. Surprisingly, I really enjoyed it myself.
I departed AVA with the words of wisdom that were imparted to me by Bell Biv
DeVoe, “Never trust a big butt and a smile.” I will forever keep that sound advice
close to my heart.
