Vocalist Deryck Whibley shared that the double album,
titled “Heaven and Hell,” is shaping up to be the most
ambitious of the band’s career, with half of the album
bringing SUM 41 back to their pop punk roots (Heaven),
and half of the album being strictly metal (Hell).

“As I listened to almost all of [the newly written songs, it
just kind of dawned on me. Did I just make a double

With more than fifteen million records sold worldwide,
SUM 41 continues to embark on their creative musical
journey. Their music brings fans from different
generations and genres together. From pop punk to
metal heads, we are all waiting and extremely excited for
this new album to come out since the band’s
announcement in March 2022.

So…am I still waiting? Oh, you bet I am!
