A packed crowd had shown up in anticipation of hearing one
of the greatest voices of the 80’s metal genre. The lights
dimmed and the intro to “Empire,” one of Queensryche's
biggest hits, began to play. One by one, the handpicked
members of Geoff’s band came onstage and took their places.
