Riverbend 2022 kicked off its 39th year with honorary host, TV star, and Chattanooga
native Leslie Jordan, and included headlining artists Cage The Elephant, The Brothers
Osborne, Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, and supporting acts such as Grace Potter, Elle
King, Jenny Lewis, Gov’t Mule, Moon Taxi, and many more.
Riverbend is more than a good show, it’s a growing business. The investment made by
the Riverbend audience increases the Chattanooga-Hamilton County tax collections by
$800,000 and provides $30 million in economic impact. These efforts provide nearly
250 area residents with full-time, ongoing employment and an amount approaching $1
million in net public sector revenues. Their ‘through-the-gate ’total attendance of
50,000+ means they’re right where they need to be.
