I am not going to cloud this review of
Judas Priest with the usual setlist and
members of the band nor their
accomplishments. We all already know
all that. What I will say is that the
absolute Godfather of Heavy Metal,
Rob Halford…at 72 years old,
completely blew the roof off of the
arena! The band was insane! Ninety-
plus minutes of what has now been
more than 50 years of history. Judas
Priest has always delivered the hardest,
nastiest metal available. I feel many
current and past bands have tried to
dethrone “The Priest,” but as of May 7,
2024, I say the crown is still safe right
where it is!
The current Invincible Shield tour has
plenty of dates left. Make sure you grab
the stretchy pants and catch this show!
