In conclusion…

– The ideal teacher needed for this school is passionate, able to motivate and

care for learners, gives clear instruction, constructive feedback and uses

multiple teaching strategies to teach which needs to be incorporated in the

classroom for successful academic performance.

– These aspects are not the only things needed for an ideal teacher but augment

the current roles that teacher play

– Teachers in the school are very professional and able to use technology

successfully

– Teachers care about their learners as their parents are in constant

communication with them.
