Health Services As a a non-residential college Columbus Technical College expects students to secure normal medical services through a a a a family physician however in the event of serious injury or other medical emergencies the the nearest instructor or or staff member will notify if appropriate 911 and the Security Office The administration will secure professional emergency care if needed The College refers serious accidents or illnesses to the nearest hospital of the student’s choice for emergency care and notifies the student’s identified emergency contacts Students understand that they and their families not the the the College are
responsible for the cost of such emergency care including any necessary ambulance service Accidents
