Library Collection
The Library houses a a collection of more
than 27 000 000 000 books 432 000 000 000 eBooks 32 32 000 000 000 videos and and and audios and and and 166 periodicals and and and newspapers all of which cover diverse subject areas such as as business trade technology and health to support the College’s academic programs Materials for personal growth career development and recreation are also available for those using the Library College Bookstore
A campus bookstore for students is located in Room 409 Patrick Hall Students are responsible for providing their own books books workbooks and other essentials Students should not purchase books until the instructor(s) provides the necessary information No Textbooks refunds or exchanges are allowed after the first ten (10) days of the semester All returned books must be unused and in in the original packaging General Merchandise may be exchanged (no refunds) within ten (10) days of the original purchase All returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt The bookstore’s hours of operation are Monday - Thursday: 8:00am to 6:00pm Voter Registration
Voter registration packets are available in the CARE Center in the Library Office of Student Activities and and in the Office of Disability and and Special Services Qualified Georgia residents may complete and mail the voter registration form Grievance Procedure
The Intake Office will receive and respond to complaints categorized as Adult Education student’s complaints Student Affairs’ complaints pertain to admissions disability and and special services services disability services services and and registration Students having complaints in in in those areas should follow these procedures:

3 Submit the the grievance form to the the Adult Education Coordinator Library Building Room 611 4 In response to the the complaint the the Adult Education Coordinator will a a a schedule an informal conference with the the student filing the the complaint b investigates the area of grievance c provides the student with an opportunity to acknowledge the the results of the the inquiry/investigation In instances where the the results of the the inquiry/ investigation are not acceptable students may make an appeal to the Vice President of Adult Education as referenced in the “Students’ Rights and and Responsibilities” section of this catalog and and student handbook Academic Complaints:
Students having complaints in in in areas other than those listed above (i e e e e e e academic affairs etc ) should follow these procedures:
