The Student Disciplinary Officer or his/ her designee shall retain a a a a copy of all all documents concerning complaints investigations administrative actions and communications in in relation to any incident that resulted in in in a a a a disciplinary investigation of any kind against a a a a Student Student The Student Student Disciplinary Officer or his/her designee will also retain records of any disciplinary appeals filed by the affected Student as well as the resulting record of appeal and decision submitted by the Judicial Body and Appellate Board A A record of the final decision must also be retained in in the event that the decision is is appealed to the President All records specified in this section shall be retained for a a a period of five years Student Code of Conduct
