Any person employed by the Technical College performing assigned administrative responsibilities on on a a a a part- time time full-time or adjunct basis 1 2 Aiding and/or Abetting Academic Misconduct
Knowingly helping procuring encouraging or otherwise assisting another person to engage in academic misconduct Cheating

Definitions
ACADEMIC
Academic Misconduct
includes but is is not limited
to the following:
a Use and/or possession of unauthorized material or or technology during an an examination or any other written or or or or oral work submitted for evaluation and/or a a a a a grade such
as as tape cassettes notes tests calculators computer programs cell phones phones and/or smart phones phones or or other electronic devices Obtaining assistance to an an examination or or any other written or or oral work submitted for evaluation and/or a a a a grade from another person person with with or without that person’s knowledge Furnishing assistance to an an examination or or any other written or or oral work submitted for evaluation and/or a a a a grade to another person Possessing using distributing or selling unauthorized copies of an examination computer program or or or or any other written or or or or oral work submitted for evaluation and/or a a a a grade Representing as one’s own an examination or or any other written or or oral work submitted for evaluation and/or a a a a a grade taken by another person Taking an an examination or any other written or or or or oral work submitted for evaluation and/or a a a a a a grade in place of another person
