FDB compensation programs are designed to provide market competitive salary and performance based incentives with short and long-term focus.
Compensation
Base Pay
• Reflects your prior experience, education and qualifications and responsibilities as part of FDB.
• Base salary is defined based on comparison of similar positions in the external market and your job’s
degree of impact on the immediate and future success of the business.
Bonus
• You are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan.
• Provides a cash award based upon achievement of FDB and individual goals and performance.
Long-term Incentives (LTI) - a transition solution will be made
• A transition solution will be made for the Biogen Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), where all current unvested RSUs will continue to vest according to plan, but no new RSUs will be granted.
• A transition solution of the same monetary value will be put in its place. More to come on the specifics of the comparable cash solution.
Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) - a transition solution will be made
• A transition solution will be made for employees currently enrolled in the Biogen Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP). Employees, who are enrolled on the closing date, will for a period of 2 years receive a cash compensation for the 15% discount of current market trading price, which ESPP benefit provides.
