                    Your Life
We care about the well-being of our employees and respect their need to effectively manage personal and professional responsibilities. Flexible work arrangements are intended to help employees achieve better work life balance while enabling them to maximize productivity.
    Life Balance Initiatives
   Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA)
• The FWA program is designed to provide flexibility. Decisions about flexibility are based primarily on business needs.
   Senior Arrangement
• We would like to secure both a healthy and gradual transition for our senior employees. With us you are considered a senior employee as of 1st January of the calendar year you turn 60.
   Sabbatical Program
• A Sabbatical Program which allows eligible employees to take four consecutive weeks of paid time
off to use as they wish - to travel, volunteer, learn, spend time with family, or pursue a lifelong goal. Sabbaticals are intended to be planned well in advance, in close consultation with managers, and with consideration given to business needs. This approach enables thoughtful disconnection from work and allows engagement in personal pursuits that will result in energized employees who bring their very best in terms of creativity and productivity to the important work we do for our patients.
• Employees will be eligible to take a sabbatical in the year following the year in which they complete 6 years of service.
