Photo Personalization Instructions

To submit your photo for personalization,
just follow these steps:

1 SELECT
Select the product you’d like to personalize.
A listing of those products is available on the
Photo by Thirty-One page under SHOP.
Click PERSONALIZE. Once on the personalization
page, the product you selected will appear. Follow
the steps on the left side of the page.
2 UPLOAD
Click PERSONALIZATION. Click UPLOAD PHOTO and
select your photo from the options on your device.
3 CUSTOMIZE Photos are moments in time that we capture to remember
all the special people and events in our lives. They tell the

in the corners. You can also flip the photo to create a stories we continue to live, year after year. Tell your story
mirror image or rotate it 90 degrees. Click FINISH. with Photo by Thirty-One!
Your photo will appear on the product image to the
right, so you can see how it will look. If you’re not
happy with it, you can select a different photo by
clicking CHANGE PHOTO.

4 SAVE
Once you’re satisfied with your photo choice,
continue to follow the prompts. Click SAVE & ADD
TO CART. During this process, you need to check
two boxes; one to confirm you own the image you’re
using, and the other to approve your final design.

Basic photo tips
You can upload photos anytime you shop mythirtyone.com(.ca),
but make sure you take these tips into consideration first!
Size. When you upload your photo, you will see a preview of
it on the product. Make sure you are happy with how it looks
before you click Finish. If you get an error message, you may
need to adjust your image size. Image size requirements vary
by product.
Quality. Photos should be in focus – not blurry. The larger
the product, the more noticeable out-of-focus images will be.
Content. Be aware of where text appears on Statement
Canvas Pillows and Wall Art designs. If an important part
of the image is cropped out by the design, you might want
to choose another option.
Crop. Crop. Crop! Cropping tighter on a photo can create
a wonderful artistic feel and simplify the focus.
Be a storyteller. If you display multiple photos together in your
home, select ones that weave a story. Combine favorite travel
adventures, blend black and white photos or capture your kids’
lives as they grow up!
Go seasonal. Switch out the photos in a Close To Home
™
Table Gallery to cover the seasons or holidays, or mark
the milestones in a year.
