It’s Always Fun in Chinatown
Busy, fun and colorful are just a few of the many words to
describe the Chinatown of Singapore. It is a bustling district
where we can find a smorgasbord of sights, sounds and smells in
every nook and cranny. Shops lining its narrow streets are filled
to the brim with everything imaginable from tacky souvenirs, the
omnipresent fortune cats figurines, bull horn combs, dried
seahorses, colorful fans to electronics and many others.
Contrasting juxtapositions of the old and new architecture add
to the merriment of this charming district. Night and day, it’s
always fun in Chinatown.
