                             Welcome

As 2023 draws to a close, it is time to reflect
on the last twelve months in the Hospitality
         industry.

For some businesses, it will have been
         challenging and even heartbreaking. They

have had to shrink or even close. This
means that they may have had to make
employees redundant, not knowing if they
         will find another job.

          However, many businesses have flourished
as they have found innovative ways to
continue and grow. Adversity is often the
catalyst for change and rejuvenation. The
hospitality industry is known for its
         resilience and enthusiasm for looking
         forward.

My first year of editing Something’s Brewing
