Welcome
As 2023 draws to a close, it is time to reflect
on the last twelve months in the Hospitality
industry.
For some businesses, it will have been
challenging and even heartbreaking. They
have had to shrink or even close. This
means that they may have had to make
employees redundant, not knowing if they
will find another job.
However, many businesses have flourished
as they have found innovative ways to
continue and grow. Adversity is often the
catalyst for change and rejuvenation. The
hospitality industry is known for its
resilience and enthusiasm for looking
forward.
My first year of editing Something’s Brewing
has been a steep learning curve. It has been
tremendous in the way BSA members and
supporters have supported the magazine.
For those contributions, I am very grateful. Remember, Something’s Brewing is an
