Specifications
Using the finest acrylic, all of our awards are fabricated from 3⁄4" thick acrylic unless otherwise noted in master catalog. Custom sizes and thicknesses are available for any award. All sizes are approximate and thickness of acrylic will vary due to the manufacturing process.
Artwork
(Applies to Laser Engraving, Screen-Printing, Digital Printing, and AcryliPrint® HD)
Artwork can be accepted via e-mail. The e-mailed artwork file size should not exceed 10 Megabytes. In order to ensure accuracy, artwork proofs must be faxed for e-mailed files. Artwork is archived for two years from the date of last use.
Laser Engraving
Clean, black and white artwork (600 DPI) is essential for proper laser engraving. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes laser make- ready art. Photocopied or faxed artwork is not considered laser make-ready. Artwork must be submitted as black and white art in CorelDRAW version X8 or earlier, Adobe Illustrator CC or earlier, or as an encapsulated postscript (.eps). All fonts must be converted to curves or outlines.
All Grayscale and Color Artwork will incur a minimum Art Charge of $50.00/v per 1⁄2 hour without prior approval. We will advise if charges will exceed this minimum.
Screen Printing
Setup Charge: $50/v per color, PMS Color Match: $15/v per color, Run Charge per item: $1.00/v for each additional color. Personalizations and Copy changes can only be added by laser engraving in white. See Personalization & Copy Change Charges for details.
All colors must have a PMS color selected. Colors will be matched as closely as possible, but due to variations of materials and inks, we cannot guarantee exact PMS color matches. We recommend ordering a sample prior to placing your order.

Paper Proofs
There is no charge for one faxed proof. Each additional proof per order is $15.00/z. Please check for spelling, wording, punctuation and arrangement. After a faxed layout has been APPROVED BY YOU, you will incur charges for any replaced items and corrections due to layout errors.

Personalization for Screen Printed items can only be done by laser
engraving. Screen Print Engraving charge for Copy/Name changes: $6.00/p per line. Typesetting charges apply.
Customer is responsible for accurate spellings of supplied information. Engraving on base is an additional $10.00/p plus typesetting charges. Personalized names on the outside of each box is an additional $2.00/p. Please supply us with individual, typed labels in alphabetical order.
Production Time
* Normal Production time is 5-10 Working Days from approval of final artwork * RUSH Production is 3-4 Working Days.
* RUSH Charge 50% additional, minimum RUSH charge $75/z.
From time to time, we may ship an order from a different warehouse or from the factory. Large quantity orders may require extra time (5-10 days) and may ship from the factory (FOB Arizona). We will let you know if there will be a significant delay in your order’s delivery.
Shipping & Split Orders
FOB Factory via Ground or Fed Ex Express Saver Service unless otherwise specified in writing. Post Office requested shipments via Express Mail or Priority Mail only. In an effort to expedite shipments, we reserve the right to determine proper shipping service in order to meet your In-Hand Date. Time-critical or RUSH shipments may be upgraded to an air carrier at current air-freight rates and handling. All shipping cartons are insured to their maximum value, double-cartoned when necessary, ground or air tracked, and include a $2.00/z per carton charge. Each carton is carefully packed to prevent damage; however, if damage occurs, contact us immediately for replacements. No replacements will be considered after 5 days of receipt. All shipments are subject
to dimensional weight. In an effort to expedite shipments, orders may be split and shipped from different locations. Laser Engraved, Screen and Digital Printed items FOB Arizona.
Drop-ship split orders incur a $10.00/z packaging charge per address and must include type written, self-adhesive labels and a master list in zip code order. Freight Charges are separate.
The factory is not responsible for any misrouted, delayed, or undelivered items by shipping carrier.
Custom parts that need to be box crated will incur additional shipping and handling charges.
Trademarks
It is assumed that our dealers and their clients have the legal right to use any and all trademarks supplied to us for reproduction. Any trademarked
or copyrighted material depicted herein is the property of their respective trademark and/or copyright owners.
All prices listed are in US Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. This catalog and price list supersedes all previous items and prices.
Additional art, setup, imprinting or engraving charges may apply. Different styles, colors, and sizes may not be combined for quantity discounts.

All CMYK and RGB Color Artwork will incur a minimum Art Charge of $50.00/v per 1⁄2 hour without prior approval unless CMYK screen printing is desired (please specify in writing when submitting artwork). We will advise if charges will exceed this minimum.
Digital Printing and AcryliPrint® HD

To ensure print quality, art image files must be at least 300 dpi unlayered TIFF, high resolution Adobe Acrobat PDF (preferred), CorelDRAW version X8 or earlier, Adobe Illustrator CC or earlier, or an encapsulated postscript (.eps). Graphics files may be in RGB or CMYK format.
We are not responsible for low-resolution or web resolution images submitted at less than 300 dpi. AcryliPrint® HD Price Includes: Unlimited colors with full bleed; however, exact color match is not guaranteed. Due to variations in print materials and inks, we strongly recommend ordering a sample prior to placing your order as we cannot be responsible for mismatched colors.
For exact color with digital printing, please send a color print sample with a lighting description - e.g: outdoors, fluorescent, daylight, tungsten, etc. Colors will be matched as closely as possible, but due to variations of materials and inks, we cannot guarantee exact PMS color matches.
Samples
Pre-production samples of actual items can be created upon written request and will be charged at individual per piece price plus all Production-Ready charges (may include art, setup, screen and/or printing charges). Pre-production samples may not be returned for credit.
Random catalog samples invoiced at end quantity pricing. Random samples returned within 30 days, in original condition, will be credited. Please supply UPS or FEDEX number to avoid freight bill charges.
