We toured one of the several greenhouses on the property. At the time

we were visiting, their only crop was lettuce and an experimental

mushroom growing station. The same geothermal heating system also

keeps the greenhouses a warm 75%. During the seasons, different

crops are grown successfully in the greenhouses—tomatoes, celery,

different lettuce types, beans and others.
