The views from the boat were so commanding that it was hard to
break away for lunch but of course we did and it was delicious and
we were quite thirsty too. As we were finishing our lunch, Ralph
received a call from the bridge and then we were told to go
outside as quickly as we wished because a bear had been spotted
on the ice.
