Dear students and families,
We are so pleased to be able to serve you as we enter the 2017-2018 school year. It is our
vision to prepare all students to achieve their highest potential through actively engaging in
their own schooling, achieving their personal learning goals, and being ready to reach post-
secondary success and cultivate success as lifelong learners. A significant part of this journey
is the selection of the courses you will take. In this Course Guide you will see that we offer a
wide variety of courses that are designed to provide challenging academics and plenty of
electives as you prepare for life after high school.
We have highly-qualified and Pennsylvania state-certified school counselors who will work
with you in the course selection process to ensure you are meeting all the requirements for
graduation as well as accommodating your interests and goals. We are also very pleased to
share that all of our courses are taught by highly-qualified and Pennsylvania state-certified
teachers to ensure you have a great learning experience. We wish you success as you begin
the 2017-2018 school year.
