ENTERPHONE:

When you are set up we will provide a form to you for you to choose a name to
be displayed on the enter phone and a number that will be called. When this

number is called you answer, confirm that you know this person and hit 9 for en-

try. If you have set up your cell as the number you can use your phone for entry.

PAINTING AND DECORATING:

If you wish to paint your unit you must have permission from your property man-
ager. When requesting permission please have samples of the paint colours to

attach to your application. If approved you will also be required to return the unit

to the original colour on move out. If you don’t have permission and you paint

anyway you may be required to repaint to the original colours.

EXHAUST FANS:

The bathroom fans run continuously exchanging air to keep your unit comforta-

ble. There is a switch in the bathroom but it does not run the fan in fact it is a
dummy switch only there for its looks. Please do not put in a maint request for

this.

PARKING :

There are 29 parking stalls that are available to rent at 100.00 per month. Please

contact your property manager if you wish a parking spot.

Your FOB will give you access to the underground.

BIKES: There are bike storage lockers in the parkade. Your FOB will get you into

the parkade.
