                                     ‘Not too drunk, he won’t fall down?’ said Sviazhsky,
                                  shaking his head.
                                     ‘No, he’s first-rate. If only they don’t give him any
                                  more here.... I’ve told the waiter not to give him anything
                                  on any account.’
