MassARRAY Cancer Panels

®
The Cancer Panel Collection, for use on the MassARRAY System, has been
designed for targeted, highly multiplexed analysis for profiling a variety of

suspected cancer-derived samples including formalin-fixed tissue, fine needle

aspirates, or plasma.

PIK3CA Panel

The iPLEX PIK3CA Panel identifies mutations across BRAF, and PIK3CA genes from poor and
degraded samples such as FFPE tissue and cytology blocks, detecting mutations as low as
1% allele frequency.
