AFGODIA INTERNATIONAL COMMODITY INC.

Afgodia International Commodity Inc. (herein known as Afogodia) is a mineral
commodity exploration and mining company with current focus on gold mining
projects in West Africa’s Liberia. Liberia has been a stable and productive
democracy. The country is rich in natural resources which are highly
prospective and are currently under explored.

Liberia is a small country roughly the size of Tennessee with a population of

about 4 million people. The country has a market-based economy open to
foreign investment. Liberia remains among the poorest countries in the world,
although it has rich natural resources.

Afgodia has been fortunate to receive its license and form a relationship to work
with a reputable Liberian Corporation. This corporation is considered the prime
mover for the economic growth of Liberia’s raw gold and rough diamonds.
Liberia is eligible for preferential trade benefits under the African Growth and
Opportunity Act. Afgodia will abide by Liberia’s sustainable environmental
preservation of its rich variety of natural wildlife.

Afgodia currently has contracts with gold assayers and manufacturers in R.I.
who agreed to purchase supplies of gold at 98% of the market price at time of
signed contracts between Afgodia and said investor.

Afgodia is scheduled to officially begin production in its Bomi County gold
camp in Liberia, West Africa on October 17, 2017 which is 100% privately
funded. This brochure will show Afgodia’s corporate access in the Republic of
Liberia, West Africa.
