L'équilibre Vital
Product description
To function well, the pH value of nearly all body fluids must constantly be
kept between two fixed limits. There must at all times be a balance between
acids and bases. This acid-base balance naturally depends on the diet.
However, our western diet mainly consists of food with an acid surplus:
products containing refined sugar, white flour, lipids, meat, fast-food,
fish, chocolate, pastry, lemonade. Such food acidifies our organism and
causes an overloading of the organs which have to eliminate the surplus
(kidneys and lungs). The accumulated acids interfere with the good
functioning of tissues and organs and lead to ever more demineralisation.
Bones and teeth are the victims. It helps to optimize the acid-base balance,
as a result of which all body functions are able to function optimally:
energy production, resistance, calcium balance.
