Volunteers from Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County (Delaware) were able to build code-compliant walls faster with the U350 wall
assembly featuring fire-resistant OSB than with the U375 wall assembly using shaft wall liner.
This attached Habitat for Humanity project in Delaware took advantage of the U350 wall assemblies to meet fire code while minimizing
labor and material costs.
