Thanks  to  their  passion  for  truffles,  love  of  their  land,  hard
            work and ambition for their family, Sabatino Balestra and his
            wife Giuseppina founded and developed Sabatino Tartufi in a
            small Italian town. After many years of work, constant growth
            and great intuition, the Balestra’s decided that the truffle, its
            unique flavor, its aroma, could not just be shared with fellow
            townsmen and the people of the nearby cities. From that mo-
            ment, the world began to discover the experience of Sabatino’s
            truffles. Sabatino Tartufi has production sites in Italy (Umbria)
            and in the U.S. (Connecticut) with branch offices in: New York,
            San Francisco, Las Vegas, Toronto, Tokyo and Hong Kong. We
            are also proud of our leadership position in Europe, the United
            States and Asia.
