The Pickle People
The pickle people at First Place Foods in Garland, Texas are a third generation
family of pickle people with a state-of-the-art manufacturing center. They spe-
cialize in- you guessed it- pickles! Relishes, pickles and peppers are their bread
and butter. In addition to the classic dill pickles, they’ll switch up their recipes
to add a kick of heat to an old favorite or create the next ‘big dill’ through pack-
aging and design.
