Brussels Sprouts Chili Peppers
As supplies ramp up over the next few weeks out of
Salinas, we should see the market trend lower. Supplies are Pablano – fair quality will continue with new crop in Baja
decreasing out of Mexico as that season is about to finish. California. Heat has made availability more limited

We are seeing really ample supplies of cauliflower this week.
