For a small fee our Fitness Team offer an energiser service to all
meetings to reinvigorate delegates. Feel the change in mood and
concentration after a 10 - 20 minute led session in your meeting
room.
To get the best from your fresh air fix we will provide you with a map
for your walking break and route suggestions.
