                                  2. Attention

                                  • A process that monitors information


                                  flow from sensory memory (short term

                                  memory)


                                  • Information that is considered as

                                  unimportant will be forgotten





                                  3. Perception

                                  • Our interpretation about certain


                                  information that was received will depend

                                  on our own experience.


                                  • The information that is being focused on

                                  will be stored in the short-term memory
