EXCITED TO EAT - Vegan and Gluten Free Baked Goods
Young Entrepreneur and Chef, Gabriella
Quattrone, started her business in an effort
to combine her passion for cooking with
her personal need of healing her body. As
a vegan myself, I know locating gluten free
or vegan items is often a laborious task so
finding Excited to Eat was nothing short of
a Godsend when I stumbled upon it at the
Little Italy farmers market. Not only does
Quattrone offer some of the most delicious
breads and desserts, but she aims to share
her knowledge with the community; hosting
Cooking Demos that guide you through the
fine art of baking these hard to find goodies.
You can follow Excited to Eat on Instagram
@excitedtoeat for pop up locations or learn
more at ExcitedtoEat.com.
CAFFE ADESSO - Alpine’s Favorite Coffee Shop
You may remember Diane Musgrove from when
she kindly graced the cover of SDWM a few months
back. It was then that she shared with us her entre-
preneurial spirit and the origin of this Alpine favorite
- Caffe Adesso. Born out of a love for coffee and her
community, Diane has made this drive through shop
a must stop destination for Padres fans and coffee afi-
cionados alike. If you are in need of a yummy sweet
treat or a hard hitting double shot, this quaint shop
has it all. Perhaps next time you are in Alpine you can
stop by and try her ball player son, Joe Musgrove’s, fa-
vorite classic - Cold Brew with Vanilla Cream. With
customer service that makes you feel like family, we
never leave without visiting this one of a kind caffe.
