She added that they have drafted the executive regulations of the reading law to advance it from its
              theoretical phase to its practical application while noting that the regulations will include an executive
              framework that complies with the ten-years goas of the National Reading Plan, as well as active mechanisms
              that support the implementation of the law’s articles, in line with the key goals identified by the UAE
              leadership, to promote reading as a key component of the lives of individuals.
