DUBAI: The committee in charge of implementing the National Reading Law has discussed its progress in drafting the law’s executive

These discussions took place during the committee’s regular meeting at the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and the Future, headed by
Maryam Al Hammadi, Assistant Director-General for Government Performance at the Prime Minister’s Office, with the attendance of
Mansour Al Mansouri, Director-General of the National Media Council, NMC; Marwan Ahmed Al Sawaleh, Under-Secretary at the Ministry
of Education; Mohammed Selim Al Olama, Under-Secretary at the Ministry of Health and Community Prevention; Mohammed Ahmed Bin
Abdulaziz, Under-Secretary at the Ministry of Economy for Economic Affairs; Abdullah Majid Al Ali, Acting Executive Director and
Representative of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, and Aisha Mayran, Deputy Secretary-General of the Dubai Executive Council.

Al Hammadi said that the committee aims to unite the various efforts to combine the law’s articles into one comprehensive action
