Dear Friends,

It is with great pleasure that I congratulate the Global
Federation of Chinese Business Women, Southern California
Chapter, for its 2014 Board Installation Gala.
I want to congratulate the Federation for its outstanding dedication and efforts to
creating an organization for Chinese Business Women from around the world to
network and create entrepreneurial opportunities for its members. California has been at
the forefront of expanding cultural and economic linkages with its friends in Asian and
the Pacific Rim. I look forward to working with you to improve the economic and social
