Professional Development Connections (PDC)
Staff Development and Parent Workshops
Creative Connections offers quality workshops for public school staff and teachers, non-profit organizations, and parents of future leaders!
Our Professional Development Connections workshops are ideal for principals interested improving staff skills or putting together teams to ensure the sustainability of their Expanded Learning Time programming. Parent Coordinators seeking high-quality, custom-tailored workshops to meet the needs of their students’ parents will also be inspired by our selection of offerings.
As with all of our programming, our dedicated staff and experienced Success Coaches collaborate with you to adapt our workshops to your school’s needs.

Helping students define where they want to go and how to get there
CareerConnections (CC)
Career Connections helps students define where they want to go and provides step-by-step guidance on how to get there. Using our CCSS- aligned curriculum, our Success Coaches introduce students to activities and experiences that help them explore their strengths and passions and how these connect to exciting career choices.
Students learn to make the connection between academic success and a future career; meet with inspiring guest speakers; go on field trips that introduce them to exciting industry leaders, businesses and careers and design and present Career Maps for their futures.
ElementaryFuture Connections (EFC)
Many students find themselves in their senior year of high school with no plans for the future. Why not start the conversation about college and career early?
Elementary Future Connections (EFC) is a dynamic interactive program that opens up the world of college and careers to 4th and 5th grade students. Through art, games and theater, our Success Coaches
introduce elementary school students to what it means to be college-bound. In a fun, hands-on way, Elementary Future Connections emphasizes the value of education and helps students prepare
to make their dreams come true.

The arts, with exciting paths to new career opportunities
ArtsConnections (AC)
Arts Connections is different from other after school programs. Students are introduced to exciting career paths through arts and crafts based clubs. Offerings include dance, acting, fashion design, or film/video arts, just to name a few. Students learn to connect their new talents to possible careers in different arts industries.
High SchoolConnections (HSC)
Middle School students master the high school application process
High School Connections (HSC) is a program designed to help middle school students get into the high schools that are right for them. HSC also supports students’ educational goals and helps them connect academic success to success in life. Our dynamic
Success Coaches work collaboratively with students, teachers, school counselors and parents to support students as they deepen their academic engagement and negotiate the path to high school and beyond.

Students learn what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur by creating and running their own small business.
Teen Entrepreneur Connections (TEC)
What do Andrew Carnegie, Oprah Winfrey, Thomas Edison, Sean John and Steve Jobs have in common? They are all successful entrepreneurs. Teen Entrepreneur Connections (TEC) introduces students to the exciting world of entrepreneurship.
Our Success Coaches work with students to improve their financial literacy, learn “the art of the pitch,” apply important math skills to real world uses, and interview innovative, self-starting entrepreneurs. Students develop important skills and have fun learning what it takes to reap the rewards
of running their own business.
FinancialConnections (FC) The fundamentals of personal finance and money management
Students work closely with our Success Coaches to develop their financial expertise, by creating personal budgets and financial plans, and learning to save and invest money. Students gain knowledge about and confidence with money, as well as an understanding of credit and debt that equips them for the real world.
Financial Connections produces the financially-savvy student: one empowered by real world knowledge and ready to make informed financial decisions.
