In calendar year 2024, the real estate market held fairly
steady. As with calendar 2023, the continued higher interest
rates have tightened up the supply of homes on the market for
sale. This resulted in fewer sales, but at higher prices than in
prior years. We continue to see many homes selling for above
asking price within just a few days of being listed for sale.
At this year’s Annual Town Election held on April 6,
2024, Robin Perry was elected to her first three-year term
ending in 2027. Robin has been a local Realtor since 1996. We
look forward to the valuable input she will be able to provide on
sales in the current real estate market as well as her years of
experience in assisting property owners in determining market
values as they prepare to list their properties for sale. Robin is
thankful to the voters for their support and is looking forward
to her first three-year term serving on the Board of Assessor’s.

current and useful assessing related information. We have a
variety of forms and documents, as well as Assessors’ meeting
minutes, recent sales data, and informational booklets. We
continue to update our web page so that we can feature events
and information that is pertinent to our visitors at that
moment.
