ARTICLE 4: Voted unanimously to set limits on the total amount that may be expended from each of the
following revolving funds during Fiscal Year 2025, as follows:

ARTICLE 5: Voted unanimously to appropriate from the PEG Access and Cable Related Fund the sum of
$424,716.90 to fund the Fiscal Year 2025 budget of the Middleborough Permanent Cable Committee, for the
purposes described in the warrant.

ARTICLE 6: Voted unanimously vote to appropriate the sum of $10,806.98 from free cash, for the Conservation
Commission to fund the Town’s share of the required 20% match to the Massachusetts Department of
Conservation & Recreation FY25 Mass Trails Grant of the $54,030.49 for the purchase of Equipment for the care
of all land under the care & custody of the Conservation Commission; provided that said appropriation shall be
contingent upon the award of said grant.

ARTICLE 7: Voted unanimously to appropriate the sum of $500,000.00 for the purpose of funding the Town’s
program to repair, replace or upgrade waste disposal systems and all related, necessary and relevant expenses; and
to meet this appropriation the Treasurer with the approval of the Select Board is authorized to borrow said sum
and to issue bonds or notes therefor under Chapter 44, Chapter 29C and/or Chapter 111, Section 127B1/2 of the
General Laws and/or any other enabling authority; that all or a portion of such amount may be borrowed from the
Massachusetts Clean Water Trust (the “Trust”); that the Select Board is authorized to enter into a financing
