ARTICLE 23: Voted unanimously to acquire by gift and/or purchase for conservation purposes, to be held in the
care and custody of the Conservation Commission under G.L. Ch. 40 ยง8C, certain parcels of land including the
structures and fixtures thereon erected, on Precinct Street as written in the Warrant; and further to authorize the
Conservation Commission to accept an Eastern Box Turtle Mitigation Grant in the amount of $405,000.00 from
The Nature Conservancy for the purchase of said land and anything incidental or related thereto.
